IN PICTURES

Photographs are bits of memory frozen in time. Pictures let you relive the good old days. Pictures of past family members and friends keep them etched in our memories as they were. I enjoyed going back through my photos for this week’s theme. I found photos I haven’t seen in a very long time.

a picture arouses the mind,
a smile of a child,
a passage of time,
echos the laughter of our past.

Though faces change,
they are captured forever,
their smiles, their eyes,
etched forever as a memory song.

seasons fly by,
with every snapshot,
we never say goodbye.
